Tennis ball cloth

Rationing - takes us back to 1945...

For the time being I'm afraid that we have to ration the sale of new tennis ball cloth to 5 linear metres per UK club. This should be enough material to make 400 balls. If you wish to place an order please contact Aggie in the usual way submitting your order in writing [email will suffice, office@tennisandrackets.com]. We are unable to supply to overseas clubs until the present shortage is resolved, which is expected to be when the Hegarty review has reached a satisfactory resolution.

We have 100 linear m in stock as at mid-February but are unable to buy ball cloth from the mill in small quantities. In the present circumstances we are unwilling to make the commitment to a full order, which comes to about £20k.

Once the financial issues are resolved we will place a new order which will be delivered 6 - 8 weeks later, so hopefully we'll get it in stock before August. Our stock continues to be located at Holyport from where it can be despatched or collected, but orders can ONLY be processed through the T&RA Office, without whose authority Holyport will not release cloth. Credit terms are strictly 30 days please.
