Dormancy During Pandemic

The IHSC has issued updated Guidance on dormancy adjustments to handicaps during the pandemic. Dormancy will continue to apply as usual for players, except that Category 1 players (handicap 5.4 or better) that become dormant will be restricted to a 1 point handicap increase.
