Entries Open for the 2026 Real Tennis US Open

Entries to the Court Tennis US Open 2026 are now being welcomed.

The 2026 U.S. Open Court Tennis Championship will take place at the Racquet Club of Chicago from Wednesday, March 18 - Thursday, March 26. Qualifying Matches will be played on Monday, March 16 and Tuesday, March 17 as required.

Tournament Information:

  • The total purse available for the Championship is $75,000. This number covers both the Singles and Doubles Main Draws. Per USCTA U.S. Open policies prize and appearance ratios are 60/40 for both singles and doubles
  • Professionals who participate in Singles and/or Doubles Qualifying and aren’t successful in making the Main Draw will be compensated with an appearance fee accordingly
  • The singles draw is limited to 16 players with the top 14 qualifying automatically (singles world rankings (top 15) followed by handicap). If there are more than 16 entrants, a qualifying tournament will be held for the two remaining spots
  • The doubles draw is limited to 12 pairs with the top 10 teams qualifying automatically (combined doubles world rankings (top 15) followed by handicap). If there are more than 12 entrants, a qualifying tournament will be held for the two remaining spots
  • The entry fee for Amateur participants will be $125 per draw
  • The entry deadline is Friday, February 27 at 6 pm CST. The draw will be live streamed on YouTube on Monday, March 2 (exact time to be confirmed)
  • Professional players are expected to mark and commentate on one match per draw entered. Professionals will receive additional compensation for any marking beyond that requirement. Professionals who fail to comply with the above will be fined accordingly
  • The expectation is for all players to attend the Racquet Club Buffet Dinner as guests of the club on Thursday, March 19 (dress code - coat and tie)
  • All white clothing is required on court at the Racquet Club. The club’s dress code when not in athletic attire is coat and tie
  • All players will receive a daily stipend of $25 to use for food and drink orders at the club. This stipend will start from Wednesday, March 18 and a player will be entitled to it for as long as they remain active in the tournament
  • All players are required to check in at the front desk upon arrival to receive a guest number to be used for any F&B purchases not covered by the daily stipend and to cover any other incidental charges at the club
