UPDATE: watch the event that was streamed by clicking here.

As many of you are aware, the legendary Pete Bostwick died earlier this year on 7th July. Pete was World Real Tennis Champion from 1969-1972 but, uniquely, was also world class at Rackets, Lawn Tennis, Squash, Golf and Ice Hockey! At all his six sports, he was rightly renowned for that rare combination of an indomitable competitive spirit allied to impeccable sportsmanship at all times.

To acknowledge and celebrate his unparalleled sporting achievements as, arguably, the greatest amateur sportsman of the 20th Century, the T&RA is holding a Reception in the President’s Room at The Queen’s Club from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Saturday, the 19th of November 2022, which is the day of the Singles Semi-Finals of the Ritblat Foundation British Open Real Tennis Championships.

Two of Pete's daughters, Catherine and Lili are flying over from USA with members of their families for the Event. Catherine and her husband Harrison have provided us with the photographic presentations that will be on display at the Reception, together with a short film made recently in USA about Pete's sporting life.

All are welcome to the Pete Bostwick Reception, but for catering purposes, those wishing to attend are asked to ensure they register no later than Monday 7th November. Drinks and light refreshments will be provided.
