Now we have the two Trustees (Alan Giddins and Charlie Foreman) confirmed for re-election, the updated Notice and Proxy forms are available to download - the latter may be returned electronically. Original Proxy forms remain valid (for Resolutions 1-5) unless an updated version is returned.
A 3% increase in membership fees was recommended by the Board and now goes to the Membership for approval, noting this reflects two years inflation with no increase last season.
