Appeal from the Netherlands

Jun 24, 2013
A personal appeal from Patrick Reuser

The Stichting Huis ter Kleef is in the final stages of its unique project to bring Real Tennis back to the Netherlands - and to restore one of the oldest courts in the world. Much progress has been (and is still being) made, securing to date approx. 1€ million (of the required €1.4 million) but more time is needed to raise the outstanding funds.

The present owner, the city of Haarlem, has now refused to extend a deadline which was initially agreed (on which date the financing would be guaranteed). This means the end of the project unless additional resources can be found in short order, up to an estimated €300,000.

An update is attached, including an appeal for help.
