Dedanists Foundation Cup
This is a Real Tennis handicap tournament for teams of junior players representing clubs with courts in the UK. It is a new tournament and this is the first year in which it is being played.
The tournament is sponsored by The Dedanists’ Foundation. It is part of the Foundation’s programme for encouraging and helping clubs to recruit more schools and youngsters into the game. The event is primarily aimed at juniors between 12-15 years old.
Initially 5 clubs are taking part in a round robin format, Seacourt, Petworth, RTC, Prested & Radley. The top 4 clubs at the end of the round robin section go through to semi-finals & finals held at Prested in August.
