About the Role
 

LTCC seeks a highly motivated Assistant or Senior Professional (depending on experience) to support the Head Professional across coaching, marking, administration, events, communications and member experience. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to contribute to a historic and thriving Real Tennis club while advancing their own skills and career.


Key Responsibilities


• Court management and daily operational support
• Individual and group coaching
• Marking matches and managing fixtures
• Organising tournaments and social events

• Ball making, tying and sewing (paid extra)
• Enhancing member and visitor experience
• Supporting membership and utilisation initiatives
• Producing weekly newsletters and communications
• Bookings, results and administrative support
 

Qualifications and Skills (Essential)


• Experience as a Real Tennis professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Up to date DBS check
 

Qualifications and Skills (Desirable)


• First Aid qualification
• Safeguarding certificate
• Level 1 IiP (Investing in Professionals) qualification
• Strong coaching and playing ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, booking systems and social media
• Business or organisational experience
