About the Role

LTCC is seeking a highly motivated Head Professional to lead the Tennis programme including coaching, marking, administration, events, communications and member experience.

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to contribute to a historic and thriving Real Tennis club while advancing their own skills and career.

Key Responsibilities

• Court management and daily operational support

• Individual and group coaching

• Marking matches and managing fixtures

• Organising tournaments and social events

• Ball making, tying and sewing (paid extra)

• Enhancing member and visitor experience

• Supporting membership and utilisation initiatives

• Producing weekly newsletters and communications

• Bookings, results and administrative support

Qualifications & Skills (Essential)

• Experience as a Real Tennis professional

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, website management and use of social media on behalf of the Club

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Up to date DBS Certificate

Qualifications & Skills (Desirable)

• First Aid qualification

• Safeguarding certificate

• Level 1 or ideally Level 2 IiP (Investing in Professionals) qualification

• Strong coaching and playing ability

• Business or organisational experience
