Paul Weaver Wins Award for Services to Junior Real Tennis
Paul Weaver, who’s instrumental in the success of Junior Real Tennis, has been awarded the Josh Farrall Trophy.
Last Wednesday, Seacourt member Paul Weaver was awarded the prestigious Josh Farrall Trophy for his services to Junior Real Tennis at a special dinner at The Queen’s Club in London.
Paul is in charge of the Junior Real Tennis section at Seacourt and is largely responsible for the succession of Seacourt juniors who have gone on to play professionally. He is also the Director of Junior Real Tennis UK, and in this capacity, he organises all of the T&RA junior tournaments throughout the year.
Amongst his other achievements is the creation of the World Junior Championships, which are held biannually at various locations around the world; this year, they will be held at Seacourt in August.
