Problems over the last 30 hours
For those of you who tried to access RTO (the main site) you would have received an alarming message that the site was not secure. It was always secure although the THAWTE certificate purchased for installation yesterday had not been installed by the server/hosting company. Their error, our problem. 30 hours of chasing! Those of you who did venture onto the site, it was still up and running, but temporarily unverified (as required for https).
The more painful consequence was that the RTO on-line booking would not function at all - I am pleased to inform you that all is now up and running. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience - my mailbox has been busy - all passed on (with increasing irritation) to the server company.
