T&RA Annual Awards Dinner Tickets On Sale
We are pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale for our next T&RA Annual Dinner and Awards Ceremony, being held at The Queen’s Club on Wednesday, 14 October, 2026.
Tickets for this special dinner event are £90 (subsidised at £65 for those under the age of 28) and will include a Champagne reception as well as a three-course dinner with wine. During the dinner, we will be presenting awards to our games’ top talent of the 2025/26 season in the following categories:
REAL TENNIS AWARDS
- Baerlein Award for Best Amateur Player (last year’s recipient: Rob Shenkman)
- Warburg Salver for Best Professional Performance (last year’s recipient: Claire Fahey)
- Henry Johns Cup for the Best Young Professional (last year’s recipient: Jack Josephs)
- Greenwood Trophy for Most Improved Player (last year’s recipient: Archie Campbell)
RACKETS AWARDS
- Latham Award for Best Performance by a Professional (last year’s recipient: Ben Bomford)
- Negretti Cup for Best Performance by an Amateur (last year’s recipient: Richard Owen)
- Lillibet Bowl for Best Performance by a Woman (last year’s recipient: Cesca Sweet)
- Renny Trophy for Most Improved Player (last year’s recipient: James Rossiter)
We will also be presenting the Maltby Salver to the Volunteer of the Year (last year’s recipient: Nick Brodie).
We can tell you that some very special names are being considered by our board and games’ committees this year, and it would be fantastic to have the support of the Real Tennis and Rackets community there in person when these pros and players receive their awards.
In addition to honoring outstanding people in our games, the evening will feature Theo Fennell as our guest speaker. Theo is a jewellery and silverware designer based in his shop in Chelsea, and his clients over the years have included the likes of Madonna, Lady Gaga and Elton John. He is also a great raconteur and after-dinner speaker, and a successful published author. He is a keen sportsman and has played Real Tennis and Rackets, but he mostly excelled at cricket as a young man.
This year’s Annual Dinner and Awards ceremony promises to be a highly entertaining evening that you won’t want to miss!
