World Masters 2022

There has been a slight change in the WM calendar. It concerns only Fontainebleau and the 70s. The French Government told us that they will close the Château se Fontainebleau for a maximum of 2 days between May, 20 and May 22. There is nothing we can do with it.

The new schedule is though the following:

Fontainebleau:

Please, note: Days off: May, 21 and 22;

  • Practice Day: May 14;
  • Danby Trophy: May 15 and 16;
  • Singles 70’s: from May 17 to 23;
  • Singles 75’s: from May 23 to 28;
  • Doubles 70’s: from May 18 to 24;
  • Doubles 75’s: from May 24 to 28;


The final official calendar for the World Masters 2022:

1- Paris:

Practice Day: May 14;

Cockram Trophy: May 15 and 16;

Singles 50s: from May 17 to 26;

Singles 55s: from May 18 to 26;

Doubles 50s: from May 24 to 29;

Doubles 55s: from May 25 to 29;

Muñoz Trophy: May 28 and 29;

Black Tie Dinner May 28 for all Masters;


2- Bordeaux:

Practice Day: May 14;

Bostwick Cup: May 15 and 16;

Singles 60s: from May 17 to 26;

Simples 65s: from May 18 to 26;

Doubles 60s: from May 19 to 27;

Doubles 65s: from May 20 to 27;


3- Fontainebleau: Updated Schedule See Above


All Team events will be played according to the following format:

Day 1: T1 vs T3 or T4 and T2 vs T3 or T4.

Day 2: W1 vs W2 for the title and L1 vs L2 for the 3rd place.
