Court
- Floor: Floated concrete with Methacrylate finish; Wirsbro under-floor heating system
- Walls: – Reinforced concrete in 5m sections (300mm/C40) with Armourcoat plaster and Gypsum-based finish
- Penthouses: – Timber, plywood and Iroko hardwood, supported by inverted T section
- Roof: Pitched steel frame with no cross beams; possible Top Hat to allow for above side wall viewing
- Lighting: LED with minimum of 700 lux at 1m height in corners
